'Survivor' 50 is finally here. How to watch, time, what to know.
Melina KhanTwenty-six years, hundreds of castaways and millions of dollars later, the milestone 50th season of "Survivor" is finally here.
"Survivor" 50, which will premiere on Feb. 25, will notably feature a fan-favorite lineup of returning players.
This time around, the contestants will be at the mercy of the show's dedicated fanbase; this season will be themed "In the Hands of the Fans," CBS announced.
Anticipation for the iconic competition show's semicentennial season has been building for years. In 2025, viewers were able to vote on several aspects of the game prior to filming, including whether to have hidden immunity idols available for players and if there will be a final four fire-making challenge.
The cast was also previously revealed in May 2025. The cohort will be vying for the $1 million prize for their second, third, fourth or even fifth time.

"Survivor" Season 50 will premiere on Wednesday, Feb. 25. New episodes will air weekly on Wednesdays after that.
The three-hour premiere episode will air at 8 p.m. ET.
How to watch 'Survivor'
"Survivor" airs on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and on Paramount+ for subscribers of the Paramount+ Premium plan.
Episodes can be streamed the next day for subscribers of any Paramount+ plan.

The "Survivor" 50 cast features 24 returning players from the show's first 49 seasons. As always, it will be hosted by Jeff Probst.
CBS also announced that singer Zac Brown and YouTuber MrBeast will be making appearances on the show. Billie Eilish and Jimmy Fallon will be included in the milestone season "in unique ways."

Fans can play, too. What to know about 'Survivor' 50 challenge
"Survivor" 50 is also incorporating fans through a new challenge which CBS has called a "first-of-its-kind national scavenger hunt."
For the challenge, 50 immunity idols have been hidden across all 50 states for fans to find to win prizes, bringing the game to life across the country.
The challenge kicked off on Jan. 30 but is still ongoing. Fans can learn more and sign up for notifications at Survivor50Challenge.com.
