Make way for the queen.

Queen Latifah has joined "The Voice" as a coach for the NBC singing competition show's milestone 30th season, the network revealed on May 12.

The Grammy-winning singer and actress, 56, has been added to a coaching panel that also includes returning coaches Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine, as well as new coach Riley Green.

Latifah will bring her "deep industry experience and unique approach as an entertainer to the dynamic coaching lineup," NBC said in a news release. Season 30 will mark Latifah's "The Voice" coaching debut, though she has previously been a guest judge on "America's Got Talent."

News of Latifah's addition comes days after NBC announced Clarkson's return to "The Voice." The "American Idol" winner first joined the show in 2018 and has served as coach for 10 seasons, including the most recent 29th season.

Riley Green also joining 'The Voice' for Season 30

Green, a country singer who has performed on "The Voice," shared news of his addition to the coaching panel in a May 9 Instagram post. He posted a video of himself listening to a voicemail from Clarkson, who told him, "I was stoked when I heard you were going to be a coach, because I actually am a super fan of your music, man. You're so good. You probably know that because I've covered your songs."

The comedic clip also showed Green getting a gift from Clarkson while on the road: one of the show's iconic red chairs for him to practice with before the season begins. "I guess y'all can start calling me coach… see ya this fall," he wrote in the caption.

Season 29 of "The Voice" concluded on April 14 with another win for coach Levine, as 31-year-old Alexia Jayy was victorious.

NBC has teased that the milestone 30th season of "The Voice" will feature "surprises along the way, with special appearances from former coaches and mentors, callbacks to memorable moments and more." It will premiere in the fall.
