On Monday, June 1, the Rams traded for two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett from the Cleveland Browns, further solidifying the team's "win-now" mindset behind reigning MVP, quarterback Matthew Stafford.

The Rams finished last season 12-5, earned a wild card berth, won multiple playoff games but lost to the Seattle Seahawks 31-27 in the NFC Championship Game.
