NBA Draft full first-round tracker: Who every team picked on Night 1
Thirty players' lives are about to change dramatically when the 2026 NBA Draft gets underway with the first round on Tuesday, June 23.
The Washington Wizards hold the No. 1 overall pick – the first time the team has had the top pick since Washington selected guard John Wall in the 2010 draft. The Utah Jazz have the second pick, followed by the Memphis Grizzlies and Chicago Bulls.
Four players – AJ Dybantsa, Cameron Boozer, Darryn Peterson and Caleb Wilson – have emerged as the top four of nearly every expert’s draft board, but only the teams themselves know who they will select once they are on the clock.
USA TODAY Sports will track every pick in the first round of the 2026 NBA Draft. Follow along for all the latest information, announcements, picks and the full draft order (below):

NBA mock draft last-minute risers and fallers
The final mock draft for the 2026 NBA Draft have mostly been rolled out with only a few hours left before the Washington Wizards make the No. 1 overall pick and there remains plenty of uncertainty about how the selections will go, according to the draft experts.
USA TODAY Sports has been tracking 12 national NBA mock drafts during the lead up to draft night, including our latest projections for each pick. Here are the prospects whose stock appears to be rising and falling based on the most recent reports and previous mock drafts. — Mark Giannotto
Risers
- Morez Johnson, Jr., Michigan: The national championship winner decided to stay in the draft and it seems like he made a strong decision. The latest mock drafts have him as a potential lottery pick.
- Tarris Reed Jr., UConn: Reed's strong showing at the NBA Draft Combine and during pre-draft workouts has vaulted him into the conversation as a top-25 pick.
Falling
- Labaron Philon, Alabama: There's a lot of point guard prospects in the first round this year and there could be one or two who slip out of the lottery as a result.
- Jayden Quaintance, Kentucky: Concerns about the health of Quaintance's injured knee have created questions about whether he could slide out of the first round. He was not invited to the NBA Draft green room for top prospects.
What is the format for the NBA Draft?
The 2026 NBA Draft takes place over two days, with the first round on Tuesday, June 23 and the second round on Wednesday, June 24.
