Buffalo Bills schedule: Games, dates, TV channels, predictions for 2026 season

Updated May 14, 2026, 8:02 p.m. ET

The Buffalo Bills have a lot in common with a hot buffalo wing.

It doesn't take long to feel the heat in the beginning. The spice punches you in the face, moments after the ink just dried on the waiver you just signed to protect the restaurant legally. That pain will continue for a while until you eventually feel numb and suddenly, it doesn't hurt anymore.

In some ways, that numb feeling best describes the current state of the Josh Allen era in Buffalo.

The once-promising 2025 season ended in disappointing fashion as the Bills fell short against the Denver Broncos in the divisional round. In other words, it was same story, different season for Allen's group. The coaching change from Sean McDermott to Joe Brady could help fix that, but those are improvements around the margins.

Even though the 2026 schedule release brings plenty of anticipation, the real intrigue is what the schedule looks like when the calendar flips to January.

In the meantime, the regular season schedule release will have to do. At least there's a new stadium to go with this one as the franchise prepares for another quest to capture the first Super Bowl in franchise history.

Here's what to know about the Bills schedule in 2026, including dates, times and matchups.

Bills record prediction 2026

Record prediction: 10-7

Like the Patriots, the Bills are also able to pencil in a handful of divisional wins against the AFC East's bottom two teams. However, Buffalo faces more uncertainty than the Patriots when it comes to stacking up wins. The team fired head coach Sean McDermott after the season only to replace him with offensive coordinator Joe Brady – not much of a drastic change.

Buffalo's offseason featured some solid moves: signing edge rusher Bradley Chubb and trading for wide receiver DJ Moore. In the draft, the Bills invested heavily in their defense, adding three DBs, an edge rusher and an inside linebacker. But Buffalo has a tough schedule with matchups against the AFC West and NFC North. The Bills also play the Rams and Texans on the road and the Ravens at home. - Jack McKessy
