Seattle Seahawks schedule: Games, dates, TV channels, predictions for 2026 season

Updated May 14, 2026, 8:12 p.m. ET

The hunter has become the hunted.

Fresh off a dominant season that was capped with a convincing win in Super Bowl 60, it's back to business for the Seattle Seahawks with a new twist. The Seahawks are the team that everyone else around the league is trying to replicate.

They return a dominant defense led by Nick Emmanwori, an explosive offense led by Jaxon Smith-Njigba and a great coaching staff led by Mike Macdonald.

In a league where things change fast, Seattle is keeping it simple and running it back. And why wouldn't they? The Seahawks spent the 2025 season in a class with the Los Angeles Rams atop the league and it wasn't particularly close. With no real reason to shake things up, Seattle is back with a new quest – to become back-to-back champions.

That's something the franchise couldn't do after winning Super Bowl 48, despite reaching Super Bowl 49. Will history repeat itself or can the Seahawks establish themselves as the NFL's next dynasty?

If they are going to accomplish that goal, it will start in the regular season. Here's a look at the Seahawks' schedule in 2026 including dates, times and matchups.

Seahawks record prediction 2026

Record prediction: 13-4

There's a popular meme from "The Office" that asks you to find the difference between two pictures, but it's actually the same picture. That essentially describes the rosters for the 2025 Seahawks and the 2026 Seahawks, who are minimally different – if they are actually different at all.

Many will make the case that the departure of Kenneth Walker III is a big deal, but Seattle invested a first-round pick in Jadarian Price to offset that loss. Elsewhere the roster remains mostly unchanged after blazing through the playoffs en route to a dominant victory in Super Bowl 60.

The Seahawks will have to avoid the urge to fix something that isn't broken. If they can do that, then it will be another season filled with plenty of wins in the Pacific Northwest.
