Tennessee Titans schedule: Games, dates, TV channels, predictions for 2026 season

Updated May 14, 2026, 7:53 p.m. ET

Thousands flock to Nashville every year with the dreams of becoming a star.

Most are doing that with a microphone in hand, parading from one honky-tonk to another in the hopes that the right set of ears ends up listening. It can be a lonely road for talented individuals in a cutthroat industry, but some can't resist the urge to try and become a star.

It might be different on the football field, but Cam Ward can relate.

The Tennessee Titans quarterback moved to Nashville with the goal of becoming the NFL's next big thing. Instead he walked a lonely road in 2025, playing through a rookie season with little support from his team after being sacked a league-high 55 times.

Tennessee then spent the offseason changing everything. They changed the roster, jerseys and coaching staff. Next season, they'll be changing the stadium.

The Titans left no stone unturned trying to find the talent required to build a winning team. Now it's up to the organization to deliver on some new expectations and a favorable schedule could make all the difference.

Here's what to know about the Titans schedule in 2026, including dates, times and matchups.

Record prediction: 5-12

It's easy to be excited about the Titans. They have new jerseys, a somewhat new roster and a brand-new coaching staff. The vibes are high, but vibes don't win games and that is the issue for the Titans in 2026.

Barring a huge second-year leap from Ward, Tennessee is the third-best team in the AFC South at best with no dominant unit to boost their outlook. Matchups loom against the NFC East and AFC North, which promise to be physical with no clear wins against any of those eight teams. Yet the biggest issue for Tennessee remains an in-house one – the roster is still very much under construction.

The Titans lack an explosive rushing attack, meaning success likely falls on the right arm of Ward. Can Carnell Tate be a WR1 right away? How will Wan'Dale Robinson fare with a heavy workload and even more attention from opposing defenses?

At the end of the day, Tennessee sports a roster that is still firmly in rebuild mode with a coaching staff that doesn't have a proven track record of producing wins. It all adds up to some marginal improvement from a three-win season in 2025, but nothing more.
