Jelly Roll's ex accepts plea deal in drug possession case
Jelly Roll's ex-girlfriend, Felicia Beckwith, has agreed to a lesser plea in her Tennessee drug case.
Beckwith, who shares 18-year-old daughter Bailee Ann with the country music star, pleaded guilty to possession of less than 0.5 grams of fentanyl, a schedule II drug, on June 18, according to court records viewed by USA TODAY. Judge Stacy Street sentenced Beckwith to three years supervised probation, the court clerk confirmed to USA TODAY.
All other charges were dropped, including one count of manufacture/delivery/sell/possession of Methamphetamine, two counts of simple possession/casual exchange and another for unlawful drug paraphernalia.

The case stems from an incident in February 2025, when Beckwith and two others were arrested following a traffic stop, during which officers found "drugs, guns and cash," per a March 2025 press release. Beckwith was allegedly "in possession of one bag that contained portions of the Methamphetamine, Fentanyl and pills found in the vehicle."
What has Jelly Roll said about Felicia Beckwith?
Beckwith and Jelly Roll, 41, dated in the early 2000s before his rise to fame. Beckwith gave birth to their daughter, Bailee Ann, while incarcerated in 2008. Jelly Roll later took primary custody and raised Bailee Ann with Bunnie Xo, whom he married in 2016.
The musician, who has been open about his own past struggles with substance use and fatherhood over the years, spoke out about how Bailee Ann was handling Beckwith's arrest during an appearance on "The Pivot" podcast in March 2025.
"My child's mother has struggled with drug addiction since my daughter's been born, pretty much," Jelly Roll said. "The addict is not the victim in that situation. The family is."
"I've seen the effect that it's had on her. I've got a 16, almost 17-year-old upstairs, and I've seen the effect that it's had," he continued. "It's really hurt her too. It's truly affected her life."
Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have recently made headlines as well after he filed for divorce from the podcaster earlier this month following a decade of marriage. Bailee Ann addressed the news on her TikTok stories shortly after, according to People magazine and Today.com, writing: "I am disgusted at how invested everyone is in a very clearly private family matter."
Bailee Ann later shared a follow-up post thanking "everyone who is showing me so much love and kindness through everything." She added, "at the end of the day, no matter what, we are all humans with feelings and that is worthy of compassion."
"And to everyone else, I hope humanity can evolve to a place where kindness comes first," she wrote. "I understand [and] respect opinions and that a public profile is a public profile, but that doesn't have to mean we throw away our human decency."
