Ready to say 'I Dough'? Dunkin' is giving away ring boxes for free

There’s a new limited edition Munchkin at Dunkin’ Donuts, and this one comes in an "I Dough" ring box, just in time for wedding season.

The Dunkin’ Donuts’ Wedding Cake Munchkin is part of Dunkin’s spring menu, which launched on March 4. For one day only – National Proposal Day on Friday, March 20 – customers will be able to get the Munchkin in a pink ring box.

The Wedding Cake Munchkin is made of a glazed blueberry cake donut hole, covered in wedding cake-flavored sprinkles, the company said.

How can I get the 'I Dough' ring box for free?

Guests who want to try the Munchkin and get an “I Dough” ring box must purchase a 25 or 50-count order of Munchkins, the company said. Those customers will receive a free ring box with a Wedding Cake Munchkin inside.

'Something Brewed' collection at Dunkin',' Vera Wang dress giveaway

Outside of the ring boxes and Wedding Cake Munchkins, Dunkin' also has two other fun offerings featuring collaborations with famed wedding dress designer Vera Wang.

They're offering a limited edition “Something Brewed” collection, beginning at 10 a.m. ET on March 20 online only at www.dunkinrunsonmerch.com while supplies last.

The collection features Vera Wang x Dunkin’ merch such as robes, glass tumblers, sweatshirts, sweatpants, pajama sets, and tote bags. Items range in price from $22 to $52.

Dunkin' is also inviting guests to participate in its online campaign for a chance to win a wedding dress designed by Vera Wang, the company said. 

Chief Proposal Officer Wang, Dunkin’ said, wants to see fans work their “I Dough” ring boxes into proposals online, including wedding proposals, bridesmaid asks and vow renewals.

Those who want to enter can do so by posting their proposal video on Instagram or TikTok and tagging @dunkin and @verawanggang, and by using the hashtag #DunkinVeraWangcontest.

Wang will work with Dunkin’ to select a winner, who will get a bridal experience at Wang’s salon in New York City or Beverly Hills. There, the winner will select their own wedding gown, and Wang will embroider the winner’s signature Dunkin’ order inside the gown to make sure they have “something brewed” in tow on their wedding day.

The contest begins at 12 a.m. ET on March 20 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 3.

National Proposal Day is an unofficial holiday that marks the arrival of spring, as well as the engagements, bridal showers, and weddings that often take place during these months, Dunkin' said.
