Dunkin' launches summer menu with new refreshers, dirty soda

The calendar is about to flip from April to May, which means warmer weather is on the horizon and so are new beverages from Dunkin'.

Dunkin' is celebrating the arrival of warmer days with a new lineup of drinks and bakery items, the company said in a news release on April 29.

The menu is headlined by new Black Cherry and Limeade Dunkin' Refreshers and also includes Dunkin's take on Dirty Soda. Other new items include drinks featuring Oreo cookies, a new frozen coffee called Coffee Chillers and a few new fruit-punch bakery items, according to the company.

The menu items are available nationwide beginning April 29. Here's what to know about the menu, including full product descriptions.

New refresher flavors headline the menu

Black Cherry is the latest addition to the Dunkin' Refreshers, a series of iced beverages originally introduced in 2020.

According to Dunkin', the Black Cherry flavor is "sweet, tart and juicy" and delivers the "pop of flavor that fits right at home this time of year." Customers can get the new flavor in a variety of beverages, including:

• Cherry Lime Rickey Refresher: Black Cherry flavor paired with new Limeade for a crisp, sweet-tart finish.
• Cherry Daydream Refresher: Black Cherry flavor combined with creamy oat milk and topped with Sweet Cold Foam for a smooth, dreamy sip.
• Very Cherry Daydream Refresher: A bolder Cherry flavored Daydream Refresher with toasted almond flavor notes.
• Cherry Protein Daydream Refresher: Black Cherry flavor combined with protein milk and topped with Sweet Cold Foam.

Additionally, Dunkin's new Limeade flavor can be added to any Dunkin' Refresher beverage, the company said in the news release.

"It can be enjoyed on its own or mixed into limited-time drinks, like Raspberry Limeade, Coconut Limeade, Matcha Limeade and Strawberry Dragonfruit Limeade Refreshers.

Dunkin' menu also features Dirty Soda, Oreo items

Dunkin' has unleashed its own version of Dirty Soda, the company announced. The Dunkin' Dirty Soda combines the brand's coffee milk with Pepsi and tops it with Sweet Cold Foam.

“Summer is when customers get more playful with what they drink – they may want to trysomething new, mix things up, maybe even surprise themselves,” said Anthony Epter, vicepresident of menu innovation at Dunkin’, in the news release.

"That’s the thinking behind this menu, from our take on Dunkin’ Dirty Soda to new flavors like Black Cherry that can be customized however they want it. We wanted to give guests more reasons to discover something new every time they come to Dunkin’," Epter added.

A limited-time lineup of espresso, matcha and frozen drinks featuring Oreo cookies is also on the menu, according to Dunkin'. The offerings include:

• Oreo Cloud Latte: Espresso and whole milk combined with a chocolate cookie swirl, topped with Marshmallow Cold Foam and Oreo cookie crumbles.
• Oreo Matcha: Matcha latte combined with whole milk and vanilla flavor, topped with Marshmallow Cold Foam and Oreo cookie crumbles.
• Oreo Coolatta: Vanilla Bean Coolatta blended with Oreo cookie crumbles.

Dunkin' introduces all-new Coffee Chillers, fruit punch bakery treats

Dunkin' is also introducing all-new Coffee Chillers as part of its summer menu. The Chiller is a reimagined frozen coffee with a "smooth, creamy and bold taste," according to the chain.

Chillers will be available in three flavors: Oreo Coffee Chiller, Caramel Creme Coffee Chiller, and a Triple Mocha Coffee Chiller. Customers can also get the Coffee Chiller in its classic form, which is a frozen coffee made with any dairy base and fully customizable with any flavor.

Rounding out the new menu is a Fruit Punch Donut and Fruit Punch Munchkins, Dunkin' said in the news release.

Dunkin' Rewards members can earn exclusive offers throughout May

Dunkin' Rewards members can earn exclusive, limited-time offers via the Dunkin' app throughout May, including:

• April 29-May 3: Earn 3x points on Refreshers
• May 2: Earn 3x points on any matcha purchase to celebrate National Matcha Day
• May 4-8: $2 off any frozen beverage purchase after 1 p.m.
• May 6: Earn 3x points on beverages with a mobile order for Boosted Members
• May 9-10: Earn 3x points when ordering 6- or 12-count bulk donuts or 25- or 50-count Munchkins in honor of Mother's Day
• May 25-31: Receive 50 bonus points each day with an afternoon purchase (after 1 p.m.)
• Mobile Mondays (May 5 - June 1): Earn extra points when you order ahead through the app on Monday.
